Me and my to friends we at the park a few weeks ago smoking marijuana. We saw the cop but didnt move cause we knew we were caught. the cop searched us and i had a pipe on me and my friend had about a gram on him. he charged us both with possession of marijauna, should i have been charged with marijuana also since i did not have any on me.
