i was served with paperwork exiting county jail on suspicion of dui telling me to be in court 30 days later. I show up and there was no record of any complaint with the da. ( Never stepped in a courtroom). I have documents stating that i showed up and no record of any complaint has been made. months later i recieved documents from dmv and district attorney with a court date 117 days later than the previous court date.
