i WAS CHARGED WITH INTENT TO SELL A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOLLOWING MY LAWYERS ADVICE (PUBLIC DEFENDER) I PLEADED GUILTY TAKING THE DEAL THEY OFFERED. 16MOS PRISON......I FEEL I HAVE MADE MISTAKE CAN I CHANGE MY PLEA? |

Most people who want to change their plea after sentencing wish to do so because they don't like the sentence, which is not a basis a court can be expected to entertain as grounds to change a plea.
