Rep Power: 0 | | Runnning from the police and reckless driving.. I would like to get a detailed story with pictures on here soon but for the mean time I have one quick question.
If a cop tells you, "I'm arresting you" and pats you down and then brings you to the station, is he REQUIRED to read you your rights?
thanks!
hopfully I'll get the full story soon I have much to say in my defence including him not having his lights on show he was in pursuit.

Rep Power: 3 | | Reading Your Rights The police only have to read you your rights prior to interrogating you while you are in custody, assuming they wish to use the statements you make in court. More information about Miranda Rights. | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
