Rep Power: 0 | | Grand Theft... Alright. I'm 16. I was arrested on May, 7th for Grand Theft for stealing a golf cart from the local course. I admit i'm guilty for that but here's where things get interesting... So i get back the statement the "detective" wrote and he's accusing me for 4 golf carts!! which makes it over $5,000 and a 2nd degree felony! I took 1 golf cart and only one. I guess they had 11 missing when they arrested me but they can't just accuse me for other carts that i haven't touched? can they? Also i had a broken arm at the time from a basketball game and he put in the statement that i said i broke it riding off a loading dock, when really one of the other kids who got caught drove it off that and i have about 35 wittness's that saw me break my arm in the basketball game. Can he make stuff up that i've never said? thankss for any help |

Rep Power: 3 | | Stolen golf carts It sounds like the officer concluded that you were working in concert with friends - or is it that you claim that you were only stealing the cart your friend drove off of the loading dock? |

Rep Power: 0 | | I dont know anything about any golf carts being droven off a loading dock but he put in the statement that i said i did? thats why i don't understand it. They lost 11 of them and i only know of 2 that were stolen(me & my friend had one). I found out i could get one from people at school saying so and so's friend was getting one and that but i guess they haven't been caught so they put that i stole 4 and my buddy stole 4? I just don't understand how they can pin 3 more on me when i had nothing to do with those? | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
