K3yboyy is on a distinguished road
Default Petty Thief !! I didnt even do it..

Well this happened to me 3 years ago when i was 18..
Here is my story, please give me some good advice..

I went to a local Sears department and i saw one of my friend.. Did not know that he work there, So on to the story... I talked to him for a bit and he left, so i went to go get some stuff that i was looking for.. I bought this two little tools where it cut through metal. So as i walked to the cashier, he was there to ring me up. I pulled out my credit card to buy for both item, as i walked out the doors, undercover tried to stop me from leaving... I asked them what's going on, the undercover asked for my reciept. I gave it to him and he looked at it.. After that he tried to grab my arm, saying i stoled one of the product only paid for one not two... In my mind, Im like wtf... About to hit guy.. I never steal anything in my life, now im being accused of stealin something.. I couldnt believe it, i checked my reciept and it turned out i only pay for one item...

So they called the Cops on me, when i was in the room, i asked for a tape of me stealin the item.. and they didnt have it.. ALl they got is me payin for one item.. I didnt know the whole time i walked out the door when they stopped me.. So i got **** over by my friend..

What do u guys think i can do? Can i sue this undercover department?
I did hired a lawyer way back to fight my case, and i got a infraction instead of a Misdemeanor.

I thought it wasnt gonna be in my record.. and i just found out today it is.....
It showed from a misdemeanor to an infraction...

I dont want this to ruined my life for being in my record.. What do u guys suggest i can do??? Please help me out... It's gettin so frustrated... Im thinking about gettin a lawyer and proceed to press a law suit...
