Exclamation DV 2nd Time

I had a prior conviction of domestic violence with pysical violence. I went through the 52 classes and community service and completed them both. I paid the court fees and restotution fees as well. I am stillunder probation too for three years.
I caught another case and have to go to court may 4th. will this give me jail time for vilationof probation or will i have to go through the whole 52 classes and community services?? does anyon know? Im in california where the laws have changed -dramatically.

All im being charged with now is - verbal assaults like - im going to hurt you, btich, slut ,whore. you know the usual drunk language when you lose it. i lost it and called her names, no harm was done to her or anyone near her. just verbal.
