Hi all, was hoping to find a forum like this!
Wonderfully usefull forum.
Anyways.
I was recently arrested in the state of New Hampshire for possession of a controlled drug in a motor vehicle. Specifically about a 1 and 1/2 grams of marijuana. My court date is May 2nd, and im more hoping to learn what to expect come my court date.
I'm 19 years old, I work full time as well as attend a state college full time. I'm dependant on my vehicle to get to work and school and i have friends, including my girlfriend, that are also dependant on me to get to both work and school.
New Hampshire law says that one may receive a year in jail for a first offense?!?
Am I going to jail?!?
Does any one know what i should expect? Anything i should do before court?
I don't have a lawyer as i pay for school (i dont qualify for student loans) and can't afford it.
