I had a fine from 1993 and was paid. I have been in court several times since then and one day I recieved a letter in the mail saying that my liscence were suspended and I had a warrant out for my arrest for an unpaid fine from 1993. I looked up on the internet for anything I have witht he courts and that is not on there but they said the only way I can get out of it is if I have a receipt. I did not keep a receipt from that long ago and why all of a sudden did this just come up? i thought there was a statue of limitations? Please help  |
