i was arrested 1-19-2006 on a warrant "obstruction court order" issued sometime in 2002. my ex wife filed a protection order in oct '01, i moved 170 miles away in apr '02 only to return for the divorce procedings in july '02. at no time during the procedings was i ever told of any violations on my part and the divorce was finalized. my lawyer added a provision in the decree thats states something to the effect that as of that day neither of us could bring any charges or sue the other for anything. ever. now with all that said, where do i go from here? they reset a court date for me on 2 march 06.. |
