 I've been offered a DEAL, take or leave??
Hey there, I am a young offender who was charged with 16charges total. Possession of an unregistered firearm Unlawful storage of an unregistered firearm Assault with a deadly weapon Assault with a deadly weapon Breach of recog. Possession of drug Breach of recog. Curfew violation Breach of recog. Keeping the peace Uddering death threats Uddering death threats Uddering death threats Uddering death threats Uddering death threats Mischief Mischief Mischief Taking a vehicle w/o Owners Permission Now my lawyer has informed me hes come to an agreement for a plea bargain that the judge offered. I would have to plead guilty to Taking Vehicle w/o Owners permission Breach of recog Curfew Uddering death threats (1 count) and that's it... So i'd be pleading guilty to 3 charges and in exchange recieving 1 year probation. Should I take the deal? or fight all 16 charges??      |

Sounds very absurd,I would not go ahead with this any day.

You've got very serious charges against you I would suggest you to take the deal and get out of this because this charges can lead you to very serious problems in future also.
