I have been charged asualt and battery, and two charged of assault. I didn't actually hit anyone though. I have been through arraignment and pre trial three times with no actuall trial. They have reissued every time. The charges are in michigan but i just came to georgia to find out they reissued it again. What will happen if I can't make it? | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
