My wife called 911 and as a result police arrested me with two charges namely...
1. Domestic violence charge
2. Criminal threats charge
I was fasely accused of those charges and placed in jail for a day until got bail.I went for the court and all the charges were discharged but not dismissed.That's what the document said.The court clerk told me i am free to go. I am very worried about the arrest record and it's impact on my personal
history. Please help me with the following...
How can i eliminate the false record that's under my name?
Will it affect my credit history?
Will it affect me on applying for a mortgage?
Will it affect me on applying for a new job?

It sounds like the case was just thrown out and you were convicted of nothing, so this should not effect you at all...
I'd bet that the only people who will ever even see it on your record would be police. Your probably in the computer now showing and arrest and a failure to prosecute which means the case was so week that it was thrown out.
No one is going to see it, it will not effect your credit, or even criminal record. Even if you were arrested again, it basically means nothing. It''s not even the equivalent of a traffic ticket. It's a blemish that only law enforcement may see in the computer but can not hold it against you because you were not convicted of the charge.
