I went to court with a friend and when i was there they called my name in court, it was an arraingment they asked me what is my plea i stated that i didn't know what i was being charged for repeatedly that's when they informed me of a situation that happened on 6/19/2005 on this day i was initially charged with misdeameanor poss of marijuana i was charged and am currently on probation for that crime, so on yesterday when i went to court with the person who was charged for this crime felony poss of msd with intent to distribute they informed me that day that the other 3 people were being charged with the same thing even though on the date of arrest the remaining three of us had seperate charges. I don't think how i was treated was not the law because i had no knowledge of this situation so that i could find myself a lawyer like the person who was charged with the crime in the first place, they didn't offer me a public defender i was told that i needed to hurry and find a lawyer because my time was running out, so if i wouldn't have happened to ride to court with this girl i would have had a bench warrent like the other 2 girls that didn't know of the situation, i also informed the court that these other two people weren't aware of this situation and they told me that i should contact them and let them know what's going on even though that is there job to do. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
