Ok, this is something very dumb that I did in all sense of the word, I am being charged with financial fraud, in california, I hope someone can help with advise, I was an investor in some high yielding program and I was getting paid well when I told people how much I was getting paid they wanted in, they invested now the worst happened they stop making payments and now everyone including me lost their money, I tried to keep paying those people as much as possible from my own funds, now I have nothing they are charging me with fraud, I am a realtor and I did told each one of them that I would be more than willing to give them 100% of my commission for any business they referred as some kind of payment, they said no they want their money and I told their lawyer that my account are opend to anyone that wants to check them there was No intent to defraud anyone and that I myself am a victim of course they want to see me hang, can anyone recommend any thing at all
