Hello; my parents are senior citizens in there 80s and I have a brother 43yrs old living with them,not paying rent & being abusive verbal & now physical, my brother slapped my father in the face my mother called the police they put him in the police car,then my dad tells the police just forget it, they dont want him in jail or on the streets. So they are not williing to press charges. Do I have any power as daughter to get him arrested & charged
