Rep Power: 0 | | Ex Allows Kids to Watch R-Rated Movies,etc... Hello everybody,
I wanted an opinion before I consult my lawyer. My ex has the kids (ages 8 and 10) every other two weeks, in the summer. He lives with his girlfriend and her 14 year old son (who has been sexually active). I hate his immoral living arrangement and have asked him to alter it while the kids are present, but he refuses. He is leaving the kids all day with her son, who in the past has tried to teach the kids sexual things. Not only that, he has taken them to parties where there were teenage kids drinking (they called me from the house). He also allowed them to watch The Hills Have Eyes (an NC-17 movie which was edited to gain an R rating for theaters, then released on DVD unedited). Now because he is a state away, I have just gathered these details from the kids and from his concerned family. I don't know if I should contact child services in his state, or try to press charges. What kind of proof do I need to prove these things? Is there anything I can do?
