ok lets start at the beginning well i wen to this mexican resturant for lunch here in my home town and when they served my food i began to eat normally well about the 4th or 5th bite i realized something with a deifferent texture was in my mouth,well i removed it and it was a pus filled blood filled bandaid, i mean the bandaid was so fresh that the blood was dripping off into the plate...i know i know nasty right well thats not even the worst part.. I recently went and put a tounge ring in and it still bleeds when i eat, so this is blood, on blood so i tell the manager and what does he offer me a free meal, next time i come in!!! I proceeded to tell him that i was never coming back to the resturant and told him to give me the bandage back(as evidence) and he refused to do so,, i had to call the cops.. well long story short i have the bandaide now, and have went and talked to a lawyer , but from this I have to go every 6 months now for AIDS testing not to metion the AIDS, HEPATITIS, and other blood tests I had to get initially.. Now I have Problems in my marriage(my husband does not want to sleep with me , because he is afraid) I wanted more children, but I am scared to Have unprotected sex (when I Have it) and I am always depressed, and nervous, about the next tests results, i am very depressed as well, at this point my lawyer has not been telling me anything and i am about ready to find another lawyer and fiire him from my case he has yet to even tell me how much we are sueing for, I guess my question is How much do you think I will get from this lawsuit, and how long will it take approx.. thanks any help will be appreciated as well as anyone just wanting to talk.. I dont think people realize how depressed and bad ths really makes me feel... I mean seriously I dont even think about the money, If i find out I have AIDS then no amount of money in the world is worth my life, if you know wat i mean
