Two weeks ago i received a subpoena to testify......the subpoena had specific dates........the trial ended up being pushed from this week (which i was subpoenaed for) to next week...do i have to go??? they did not give me a new subpoena with new dates.

Well, you have to still go; you'll be given the new court information at that specific time. You could also contact the attroney or SA who is handling the subpoena and see if they can send you a new one prior to the previous court date.

Yeah, you'll have to go. I'd try to stay in communication with them and see when the next dates are. I've found that sometimes these things get pushed back a few times, so you should be on the look out for that.
