Exclamation False Positive Drug Test & Probation

My Question is about a false positive drug test. My boyfriend and I live in Florida, and my boyfriend has been on probation for the last 6 months due to driving around with less than a gram of marijuana in his car. He has been on probation since, but has never tested positive. He has not smoked any marijuana this entire time, but tested positive on his last test. This was pretty much his last month of probation and he had a court date today, but he ended up showing up late this one time today. So, he pretty much missed his case. But he did get a voicemail on his phone today from his lawyer saying that he tested positive and for him to call him back. He will call him tomorrow when he can get a hold of him, but personally I think this lawyer hasn't been representing him very well since his lawyer doesn't show up for all of his court dates. So, what can my boyfriend do about a false positive drug test? Can he somehow get a retake?
