Rep Power: 0 | | Negligance If a child at my sons school says to my child, "I promise that after school I am beating you up!" and for a fact, doest not. Can I sue that boy for negligance? He clearly neglected to follow through on a promise that we were both expecting and I want some sort of vindication. I guess we could settle out of court but, he has to beat up my son and then write an essay concerning the meaning of the term "obligation". So, if anyone can clarify this matter for me, I would appreciate it. thanks in advance. |
