Default Any chance against Major Corporation?

Does a U.S. consumer have any rights against a major corporation like RCA Electronics? I purchased an RCA TV and after 8 months it discontinued to function. It has now been 5 weeks since taking it to an authorized RCA repair center. I was originally told that if it was not repaired within 22 business days, I would be entitled to replacement or refund. This seemed an excessive amount of time to go without a television but at least there was an end in site. Yesterday I was told that that 22 day cycle is reinitialized every time a new part order was placed. This is insane! It took three orders to get the correct part for their second attempt and now they’ve decided to try a third part. The period of manufacture warranty ends at the end of January and they are obviously going to continue to find new parts to try until that period ends. In my opinion, I was robbed of over $1,800, simply put – they took $1,800 from me and I have no merchandise in return. Anyone who disputes this is welcome to prove me wrong by entering my home and turning on my new RCA TV.

Is there anything I can do from a legal perspective to protect myself from a major corporation like RCA?

-Thanks
