Rep Power: 0 | | Employee injury by another employeer Hello
I got hit on the head by my ex employeer several years back. I am still having pain in my head an right side of body. We have already been to court in worders comp. and the case is settled. I am still working there. I am being harrased by my supervisor. The ex empolee is no where to be found. But we found out that he is in drugs and the company knew of it and still kept him to work. Earlier before this incident he was suspended due to his behaviour with a customer.
Please advise.

Rep Power: 3 | | Generally you are limited to workers compensation benefits unless you can prove that your employer intended your injury. (There can be variation in worker's comp laws by state).
You may have a claim against the worker who hit you, but it's been years? And you don't know where he is? You may have issues from the statute of limitations, and of collectability. | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
