Rep Power: 0 | | Collection Agency Hello,
My name is Joseph Marzullo and I'm 22 years old from Newark, NJ. I'm in the middle of starting a Collection Agency and I had some questions for any lawyers out there with knowledge of NJ law.
What's the state laws of NJ as far as Collection Agencies are concerned? Is a license required in this state? If so, what are the basic requirements for such a license?
Thank you
Sincerely,
Joseph Marzullo
Note -
I have researched alot on this and am very sure about this business venture in case you may question my seriousness. I looked at all the necessary steps, and right now I'm at the information stage, finding out information on NJ law so that my company (yes, i will be incorporating my business) will be legit and clear of any legal matters.
