Rep Power: 0 | | Workplace Surveillance I'm not even sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes, my workplace is currently monitored by CCTV, fine, I have no problem with that, what I do have an issue with is talk that my employer(it's only an independent high street shop) are planning on setting up a series of webcams to monitor employee activity remotely (i.e. from the bosses home). I have a major problem with this, I don't like the idea of me working being broadcast across the internet, I don't care how secure they can make it. Where do I stand legally, can they broadcast images of us working without our consent? I was just wondering if anyone had a clue where we stand legally...
Thanks in advance for any replies I recieve... | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
