Default Reaffirmation agreement

my girlfriend chose to file chapter 7 bankruptcy 2 years ago in Missouri. She filed reaffirmation agreements with the loan companies that held her morgage on her home and the lender for her auto to the court. The court determined that it was not in her best interest. She didnt read the Order close enough and continued payment on the house and auto all the while still recieving the payment notices from the loan institutes in her name.

the auto has since been traded in and she now has a new vehicle in her name.

the home, she is still making payments on and due to tax time the cosigner (her ex) is starting to inquire about certain aspects. he did sign an ASSIGNMENT which was notarized and filed with the county court which states the he tranfers and conveys his rights, title and interest in the home.

her questions are.

was the auto trade in ligitimate?

since the mortgage co. recieved/knew the court denied the reaffirmation,
1) does she have any legal claim on the home
2)does the EX have any legal claim on the home
3)can she let forclosure precedings start and have no worries.
4)if she doesnt legally own the home, does she have a case for reimbursement for
the last 2 years of payment

thanks for ANY info that can help her start in the right direction and on the right foot, i would hate to see all her hard work for the last 2 years be flushed down the drain.
