hi , i'm new- i have to go to court over a unautherized credit card charge ,, all was done over the phone i have requested under discovery for details the lawyer does no respond , the charges are false how can i prove it to be ? plez help!! |

Ha, some attorneys think they can jerk you around and give themselves a bad name taking advantage of people but not all are like that really.
