 Stupid Credit Cards!! I am in debt with EVERYONE!!!! I had 3 credit cards which I was very good at controlling until I had my first child and we started to have financial problems so I got a little behind. Then I had twins, had my vehicle stolen (no theft insurance) and basicly became stuck at home. two of the cc companys are now saying they are bringing a case against me. I had offered them 100 a month (i don't work im only making 500 for my child tax) and they said they could not exept it and my min pay was 500. So I stopped paying them all together. My father told me about "statue of limitations" (but doesnt always know what he is talking about" should I avoid all contact for 2 years, or should I let them take me to court and offer my 100 a month. Can they take my child tax, garnish wage??? Anyone with any info please let me know, It would be much appreciated.       |
