Hello,
Could some one help me in my situation? :
I been arrested and charged for trespassing of private property. In court I had prove that Security guard ( he called to police) did`t had any right to telling me to leave form property wich even not belong to there property. It`s happen on the beach, and I were staing in low mark of high water line( wich belogn to the State ). So he came to me and told me to live , beacouse this is a private property. He called to police on my aswer NO. So when policeman came , he even did`t gave me chance to explane why I said no, and took me to the jail  Please tell me what I can do againts this security guard???? | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
