Rep Power: 0 | | P.D. wont let me write judge directly I wanted to know if it true that I am not allowed to write a judge a letter directl. my husband was found guilty at his jury trial and his stentencing hearing is coming up. I have letters from friends, family, and his current employer and myself, the P.D. said that all letters have to go through him and to not give them to the judges secretary. Is thus true?
My husbands P.D. with held vital information which would have shown my husbands innocence, I am not having alot of faith is his competence being this was only his 2nd trial.
