Rep Power: 0 | | Friend In Trouble A friend of mine just got his 3rd DUI early Tuesday morning. Apparently he didn't submit to a breathalyzer. His past 2 DUI's have resulted in 1 that was reduced to a lower charge and another that he was charged with. He lives in Ohio - was wondering what his future holds? Is he looking at jail time or is he in the clear since he didn't submit to a breathalyzer?
He went to court today and his case is now under IND Assignment. What does that mean? | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
