Default Hi, I need an advice. I don't want to pay my lawyer.

Hello, I have store that is leased to a person. The person who rent the store signed a two years contract, now he tells me he wants to leave atfer Christmas. I know if I go to a small claim court I will probably win, this is because he will probably not even show up.

I don't want lots of answers on what I can do about this, I want to know what will the outcome be? if the judge says I can collect this % of money because he don't want to stay there, but my question is would it be difficult for me to collect the money? EX: he may move to another town...

If possible can someone who knows the law tell me what the outcome may be? For example like the people you saw with these cases, what happened to the person with the store?

also another question is, if the judge says I can collect money but during this time does my store have to be closed????
