just a lil earlier today i found a opened condom in the bottom of one of my cereal boxes. I called the company to report it (maybe a mistake i dunno) and they gave me dif stories about how theres little human contact through out the making process, then a different story how theres 0 human contact with the product. They tried to offer us coupons for a new free box of cereal and i just didnt have it. Now there asking me to send them the box with the condom to them. I was wondering if i should consult a lawyer and how would i find one. Should i be sending this off before i talk to a lawyer? should i speak to lawyer before send? or just leave a lawyer out of it? |

I'd say if you are looking for monetary compensation for distress of some sort, you should contact a Food Safety and Liability Lawyer immediately.

thanks for reply, im trying to take ur advice but when i try and find 1 on google i just cant find squat and all the lowyers in the local area are small time junk and such, civil and criminal of the smaller scale it seems...hopefully i find 1 very soon, any search suggestions? |
