Rep Power: 0 | | Employment Law I have worked full time for my employer,a private company, for nearly 8 years.unfortunatly i have developed a serious spine condition and have over the past 5 years had 6 operarions, the last one made me 100%worse and i couldnt return to work as planned.i have now been off work for a year and half.Company has now decied to terminate my employment due to this. they have given me a termination date of 25th july and have jsut received a letter telling me i am not entitled to any monies. this includes my accrued holiday pay which i have in the past been able to take as money. is this right that they do not have to pay me any money whatsoever of termination. i would be grateful for any advise, i have searched all sorts of sites and citizens advise but no help...sue |
