I want the simple assualt case dismissed against my husband, I had no intention of having him arrested and made no statement to the police, but by tracing my license plates they dispatched 2 officers to my home and ended up arrresting him. He pled Not Guilty and case is set for pre trial. I do not want to testify against him, and there is no other evidence, no pictures, no statement, no witnesses. How do I get this case dismissed without going to a trial. |
