Can someone help with information about tree / tree branch laws in NJ:
1) If branches fall from a neighbors tree into my property, must I dispose of all of them?
2) Seems the neighbor has pruned the tree recently professionally only on their side of the property line. Do I have any rights to have them prune the tree( I do realize I can prune the tree but that leads me back to Q1)
