The case number for the individual that I will be referring to is: 07015738CF10A
He was given yesterday, 03/17, a year probation for traffic tickets- "speeding", improper lane change etc... this isnt his first traffic violation so he was considered violation. The incident occurred in Broward County but he resides and works in Palm Beach County. He has been informed that he should quit his job since it is not in Broward County and also has to be subjected to random drug test etc. Violation of his probation would get him a mandatory 5 year sentence, for traffic tickets!!!!  . He is not a criminal has no prior criminal past, supports his family, has never drinked or done drugs  .
Was wondering if it would be worth to take this back to court so that his probation could be lessened or eliminated? | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
