Default Son Harrassed and Searched by "Security Guards"

Hi there, last night my 19 year old son was harassed by a couple security guards at his apartment complex. Here is the story he told me:

Me and a few friends of mine were walking up to my apartment a few minutes ago when we were stopped by two security guards who were walking the property.

They asked who lived at the apartment then asked to see my identification. I was polite and completely cooperative. We were then asked if I had anything illegal on our persons. We all replied that we did not. The main guy asks if he could search me. I told him I don't want him to. He asked why and I responded that there was no need and that I would feel uncomfortable with that.

He went on to explain that I didn't have a choice, and that I would be evicted for not cooperating with them (apparently stated in my lease agreement). I argued a bit more then reluctantly emptied my pockets. That wasn't enough, so he proceeded to search my pockets. He didn't find anything illegal.

He then searched two of the other people with me (with arguing going on the whole time). One girl had her purse searched and the guard found a closed, opaque carrying case that had a pipe in it. He asked if he could look inside the case and she refused. They argued back and forth, with him stating that he could arrest her if he deemed it necessary (stated a law code that backed it up). Finally he let her leave the property without searching the case.

He informed me that I would be evicted for what happened, and I told him there was no grounds for that to happen. He said it would be done "based on what he saw".

We walked to my apartment and went inside.

Should I be looking for a lawyer for him right now?
