Rep Power: 0 | | Please advice!! Hi there,
I was charged with domestic violence after being beat up by wife 3 weeks ago. They placed two charges namely...Criminal threats(felony) and domestic violence(Md). Felony is cropped by the city looking at my background and no fault record. I was scheduled to go court yesterday at 9:30AM. When i was about to enter the court building the lawyer called me and said i don't have to attend the court. I said why? She responded "I am DISCHARGED". I dunno what's going on with the case. When i called the court clerk's office she is saying that my case was on a "No complaint calendar". I couldn't understand the situation.I am being victimized by a crazy woman's anger. Please help me analyze the situation.
Thanks for your time and consideration.I appreciate it. |
