(I moved my question and need for help on this thread as i think suits better! really sorry about posting the same in 2 different threads)


Hello,
I need to ask you something very important that happened to me.
I am from Greece and i moved and lived in Uk for 3 years.
During this time i had sexual herrasement from my last employee, so my only choice, without job and bad CV the only choice i had was to ask legal action from a lowyer.
The lowyer gave me the price from the first day 350 pounds for 2 letters to my employee. Asking him unpaid payments and unfair dissmisal (as he kicked me outside without warning after i declined he sexual requests).
After this 2 letters i couldnt continue the case as its extremly expensive and also i moved in Greece because either ways i couldnt survive without a job there.
I asked from my lowyer the final bill and gently requested to stop the case without any other action (only the 2 letters).
He/She send me the bill 411 pounds including vat and after a month informed me that i have to pay another 998 pounds!!!!! because she send me 10 emails, another 3 written letters and 280 minutes of attendance something that i was not aware about any of this!!! i didnt gave any permission about extra letters... and she didnt informed me that if i have a mail from her, I have to pay 1000 for it!!?
I gently request your advice so i can send her an email. As i must solve this problem! And find my peace. Please help.

extra information about this. The day i visited this lawyer i was with a british friend, in any case needed to speak as english are hes mother language. And we are both suprised for this 2 invoice's.
I also paid the first invoice 411pounds and the first invoice included everything i was aware about.
Meaning, 2 written letters the hours he/she spend on it, mails, etc.

Also, while i was there i lived in my friends house that he attended with me. And after i gave her/him my Greek contact info, he/she keeps the british address (friends address) and keep sending him letters! I feel like threating me!
