Rep Power: 0 | | Snowball effect I have made very bad decisions.... I got a payday loan and then another and another because then I was paying there fees and was broker then I was to start with and it is snowballed big time.
How can I get out of this? I want to pay back my debts. I wasnt sure if I closed my checking account so they couldnt take out the fees what would happen. I would like to pay them off alittle at a time of course but I am afraid that if I close my checking account they will take legal action against me or worst notify my employer and possibly garnish my paycheck. I owe several of them money and I am going down fast. It has gotten me behind on all my other regular bills now. I know how stupid it was now but how can I fix this. I thought about getting one large loan to pay off all the small ones but I have bad credit and no one will give me a loan.
Any advise? Any idea what the payday loan companies can and can not do to me if I close the checking account?
I am in Tennessee.
Thank you |
