There may be a genetic link to crime but it has not been mapped as yet. It is possible that a recessive nucleic acid sequence expresses itself in some breeding circles. There is a complex interplay with the environment as well.
The large scale massacres on the African continent that have gone on for the past decade and happen even as you read this, could mean that many colored people have 'a killer gene' that lies suppressed because of the structure of society in the modern world.
Cannablism is another related trait that non-white races have displayed.
I would summarise to say that vigilance and awareness of mental health issues is the optimal way out at this time.
