Unfortunately, you cannot rule that out.
A person of the other or even the same sex can claim later to have been groped or molested.
You can be accused of causing permanent harm if you damage the Spinal Cord through movement.
There are 2 things you should do:
1. Be trained in how to render first aid and to conduct triage.
2. Always note down the names and contacts of as many bystanders as you can.
3. Call for an ambulance and the police as soon as you can and have this transaction recorded. A cell phone is best for this. Store numbers that you can access in a flash.
4. Try and find a volunteer who takes care of things while you attend to victims.
5. Announce repeatedly that doctors should come forward to help.
This approach needs rehearsal and regular practice.
