Resolution 1373 calls for all States to become party to all the relevant conventions and protocols related to terrorism. They are vital tools for capacity building on the national and international level. The CTC's Technical Assistance Team stands ready to assist States with ratification of the 12 international conventions; States may also contact the Global Programme Against Money Laundering at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna.
