It's just that 9 times out of ten, the judge really does try and give the benefit of the doubt to the police officers...

And in most cases there is a reasonable amount of doubt to the testimony.

Now if you have some good facts or evidence to present, your chances are all the better of avoiding a conviction.

I have beat a decent amount of tickets in my time, but the majority of them I did not win.
