The President and peer judges are the only ones with privileges to make observations about individual officers of the Court. Even they do not express their opinions in public gaze.
I request that this forum should restrict discussion to legal process. We should never comment on a judge as an individual for it damages the system. My opinion is subject to what you decide John.
