If you hire an attorney he will likely be able to plea-bargain it down to a misdemeniour for a guilty plea..... If he is really good, he might even get it nocked down to a simple violation since your son has nenver had any run-ins with the law, but he'd better have a pretty good excuse for why he filed the report to get it that low..... Either way, hire an attorney, try to plea bargin it down.... Your son is a first time offender and he is under 21..... he is still a kid in the eyes of the court.....
