Default Restricted license

I was charged with a reckless driving ticket a month or so ago for going 83 in a 65 and my license has been suspended. Since I drive to and from school I was given permission by the court to only drive there and back between certain times. Apparently, that does not count any extracurricular activities I have at the school after the academic day is done and it wouldn’t matter that I have the restricted license because I wouldn’t be able to go to practice after school because I wouldn’t be able to drive home. However, the paper I was given from the court which I have already taken to the DMV has a typo, instead of being allowed to drive between the hours of 7:00am to 3:15pm (which is also a mistake because I told the clerk that that is what time I am released from school and that it would take me an additional 45 minutes to get home) it says that I am allowed to drive between the hours of 7:00am and 3:15am, which means I could attend basketball practice and still be able to drive home as long as I was home before 3:15am. Now, my question is if I were to be pulled over (but preferably not) would I be in trouble for the loop hole? I would understand if I was the one to change the document but it was the clerk’s error. Can I be penalized for her mistake?
